“I wanted to send my kudos regarding the Back to Work Center, and the wonderful service provided to case managers. It’s nice to be able to get patients scheduled with one of the specialty physicians quickly… even IF they haven’t been in the occupational health clinic’s system previously. Often, it’s quicker than scheduling through the physicians’ private offices! And, the staff is so helpful and friendly, treats us w/ respect regarding our knowledge of the patient and treatment to date, and always follows up w/ us as needed. Also, it’s nice to have a “soft place to land” when we need to use the case manager’s office between appointments. Thanks for making our jobs a bit easier!”
